At Resume Scorer, we stand behind the quality of our AI-powered resume analysis service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Digital Products Nature

Please note that our resume analysis service is a digital product. Once you purchase and access your full analysis report, you have immediate access to all the information and insights provided.

Due to the intangible nature of digital products and the immediate access provided, all sales are final and non-refundable once the analysis report has been accessed.

Refund Eligibility

You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:

  • • You were double charged for the same service
  • • The service was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
  • • You were charged but did not receive access to your analysis report
  • • The analysis report contains only placeholder text with no actual analysis (technical defect)

Refunds Are NOT Available For:

  • • Change of mind after accessing the report
  • • Dissatisfaction with the analysis results or score
  • • Not receiving job interviews after following recommendations
  • • Technical issues on your device or internet connection
  • • Failure to read or understand the report before purchase

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the refund eligibility criteria, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

Please include your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Service Disruptions

In the rare event that our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased analysis report, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or extension of service.
